DESCRIPTION: Gutting old bathroom and creating new bathroom including plumbing, joinery, fitting appliances, tiling.

PROJECT: DESIGN MAKE AND FIT DOUBLE GLAZED COMPLETE SASH AND CASEMENT WINDOW.
DESCRIPTION: Remove old sash & casement window, weights, etc, board up temporarily. Manufacture new sash & Casement in hardwood, to suit double glazed panels, including cutting and profiling timber section, increasing weights, and installing. Brass ironmongery.

PROJECT: BUILT IN SECURE FILE STORAGE
DESCRIPTION: Design and build floor to ceiling cupboards for storage and to disguise electrical boxes and cabling, sliding doors with locks.

SUGAR BOND OFFICES

PROJECT: CREATE ARCHWAY OPEN PLAN IN FIREWALL, DECOR.
DESCRIPTION: Remove 15metre section of firewall, create archway, reconstruct steel partition, re-plaster. Scarufy and paint existing original brick vaulted ceiling with propretry paint. Paint all walls, steel staircase and front glazing panels.

FORRES PLACE

PROJECT: DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT ADJUSTABLE FENCING SYSTEM
Design fencing system to accommodate sloping ground and passively delineate section of shared gardens, and install with metposts, paint with off-white woodstain.

FINDHORN PLACE

PROJECT: CONVERT CLOAKROOM BACK TO TRADITIONAL FINISHES
Remove existing modern ceramic tiling on walls, source classic styled basin, build panelled wainscoting and basin cupboard to suit appliances, including theme of 45 degree corners on woodwork. Paint white eggshell.
